Blast Your Bench! Tips On Building Your Pecs
Chest Training
A fully developed chest is one of the most desired body parts from the vast majority of trainers. I don’t know a single person that would choose perfect calves or quads over their pecs! With this in mind we are going to look at the anatomy of the chest and the exercises you can use to build perfect pecs.
Chest Anatomy
Pectoralis Major
The pectoralis major originates in two areas; the collarbone, called the clavicular head and the sternum or chest bone called the sternocostal head. The pectoralis major also has three actions; it flexes, adducts and rotates the arm.
Pectoralis Minor
This muscle is located underneath the pectoralis major and is used to draw the scapula (shoulder bone) downward.
Chest Exercises
Flat Bench Press
The classic bench press where you lie on a flat bench using either a barbell or a pair of dumbbells, this movement should be controlled and a real focus on using your chest to push the weight is needed. Far too many people let egotistical tendencies creep in; it’s not about how much weight you push but concentrate on form for maximum muscle growth!
Incline Bench Press
Incline bench focuses on the upper portion of the chest, which is underdeveloped in the majority of people. Most pros use this movement first in their workouts and so should you! Building your upper chest creates a full look from top to bottom making your pecs appear a lot bigger than they are. This movement can be performed with a barbell, dumbbells or on specific machines.
Decline Bench Press
Decline bench focuses on the lower portion of the chest and can be performed with a barbell on dumbbells.
Flat Bench Flye
An isolation movement designed to fully fatigue the chest muscles. Elbows should be bent and kept locked in that position. The dumbbells should be brought around the body like you are hugging a large tree.
Incline Bench Flye
Again performing the flye movement on an incline bench will focus more on the upper pecs.
Cable Flye
Using a cable machine can sometimes be more beneficial as the cable will keep constant tension on the chest muscle. the cable can be adjusted to low, medium or high for different angles of the flye
Chest Dips
A fantastic upper body mass building exercise, to focus on the chest lean your weight forward as much as possible.
Floor Press
Not many people use this move but it can really help the strength in your bench press. The action is exactly the same as the bench press but you lie flat on the floor. You will notice that you cannot lower the bar as far as you would on a bench – this is normal and why the movement is used to help your strength in a common sticking point – the top half on the bench. Always best to use a spotter with the move!
Chest Workouts
In reality the chest is not the biggest group of muscles in the body when compared to the legs or back for example, however it is large enough to require plenty of recovery time so only one specific workout per week is recommended. If you train 3 times per week you may want to add triceps and shoulders into the same workout, or if you train more times per week you could train chest on its own.
Sample Chest Workouts
Warm up exercise
Incline Machine Press 3 x 10-12
Flat Bench 3 x 7-9
Incline Dumbbell Bench 3 x 8-10
Incline Flye 3 x 10-12
Push Ups 5 sets until failure with 30-40 secs rest between sets
OR
Warm up exercise
Flat Dumbbell Bench 4 x 8-10
Incline Barbell Bench 4 x 8-10
Dips 3 x failure (increase weight – not more than 15 reps)
Decline Smith Machine Press 3 x 10-12
Dumbbell Flye 3 x 12-14
Remember Supplements And Nutrition
A quick note about supplements and nutrition; you should all know by now that training is just one half of the equation. Make sure you are eating enough quality calories in the form of slow release carbohydrates, lean proteins and healthy fats to make sure all your hard work in the gym pays off. Post workout nutrition is key and I would recommend fast release carbohydrates such as dextrose, creatine and fast acting protein like whey to be consumed immediately following your workout. These can be found in many muscle and size supplements.
So now you have the knowledge and information to make your own workouts or follow the well-rounded examples. Either way, you now have the power to build some quality muscle!

Building the perfect Graphic Design PC?
Hi, I am getting sick of my computer as i cannot really do much graphic design with its horrible 1.5 ghz speed, and limited graphics card. Thus, I've decided to spend a bit of my bank account into creating a perfect workstation. What components should i buy to make the perfect Graphic Design Computer for 1-1.5 grand. Component list with estimated prices would be awesome. And, I am going to use a tri-moniter set-up.

Bad Company

Bad Company

Dear Diary,
Today I became a business owner. That's right, I've opened my own business and am about to make a million dollars the easy way - with little or no money down. Okay - I spent a little money. But technically, it wasn't my money. It was my boss's money - or maybe I should call him my "investor" - not that he knows he's an investor.
If only all those companies touting their "make a million dollars without doing any work at all" plans knew how easy it really was... because my way really is the "no work necessary" way.
Anyway... I went down to the courthouse today on my lunch break, a little bit of petty cash in hand. I registered a new "DBA," also known as a Fictitious Business Name. The form only cost $20 and now I have a business name. The lady behind the counter told me that I would have to run the new business name in the newspaper for 30 days to announce my new business venture, but it can be any newspaper in the county. I found a small newspaper company that will do it for about $25 for the whole month. Pretty good deal, huh?
So once I had my Fictitious Business Name document in hand, I went down to the bank and opened up a "business checking account" for $15 a month. I even went to the same bank as my boss's bank. Figured it means less driving around when I have to go the bank for him. And normally, I wouldn't pay so much for a checking account, but again, it's not my money.
So guess what my new company's name is...
Well, Diary, you know how I work for "Smith's Distribution Company". I named my company "Smith's Distinguished Corporation." The reason - stealing, of course. I've seen a lot of deposits come across my desk and I noticed a pattern on the checks. People tend to write the checks to "Smith's," "Smith's Dist.," or "Smith's Dist. Co." Seeing all those checks, I suddenly realized that I can totally steal those checks. Since "Smith's Distribution Company" is not fully printed on the check, I can put it into my new business checking account and the tellers will assume that the abbreviations on the checks are short for the name of my company. They'll probably even assume that the name of my company is just a sister company to my boss's business. And unless he goes down to the bank and asks if I have my own business checking account, there's no real way that he's going to know what I'm up too.
After work, I actually made my first deposit. It was a check for $1,200. See - the experts were right. You do have to spend money to make money. All I had to spend was $60 and I made my first $1,200. This is going to be sweeeeeet!
********************************************************
How to STOP the Sister Company Scam:
As mentioned above, it's nearly impossible to know if someone in your company has begun this scam. You would first have to guess the Sister Company's name as closely as possible before you can even look it up - although you can try and look it up at your local County Recorder's Office. Most likely, you won't find anything online about the Sister Company because the Embezzler would have to advertise their theft for it to show up in search engines... and there's no way they're going to admit to anyone but a diary that they're a scum-sucking thief.
Now, just because it's hard to spot the scam, doesn't mean it's hard to stop the scam. The reason this scam happens is because it's an easy "crime of opportunity." It gets by because no one thinks to double check it, then prevent it. To do this, all you have to do is get an "For Deposit Stamp" (or to put it another way, an Endorsement Stamp).Â
Think about this: When you go to a large retailer like Target, what do they do with checks? As soon as the cashier receives the check, they run it through the machine, and the machine prints an endorsement on the back. That prevents the check from going into any bank account but the one linked to that business. That's what a "Deposit Stamp" can do for you. When you stamp a check on the back with your company name, account number, and the words "For Deposit Only," the bank will then make sure that check gets into the correct account. Period. It's that simple. You can also get a stamp for the front of the check that will stamp your company's full and accurate name, but the best way to prevent this kind of fraud is to get an Endorsement Stamp. This kind of stamp is as little as $10 at online sites like: www.iPrint.com.   So for the cost of $10, you can save thousands. The Bad, Bad Bookkeeper is right on one more thing here: It does take money to make money.
This is directly from personal experience.
How long is the single-player campaign for Battlefield: Bad Company?
I'm planning on getting Bad Company for the 360. I don't have Live, so online is out of the question. Apparently the game doesn't have offline splitscreen or co-op, so I'm hoping that the single-player campaign will last quite a while if I'm going to buy it. For those who've played it, how long is the campaign? Thanks.
If you play it for a couple hours a night, you can get through it in a week or so, depending on how good you are. There are definitely other games with longer single-player experiences

Dog Night

If you are looking for information on how to crate train a puppy at night, I've put together some helpful information to get you started.
Utilizing an indoor crate can be an effective house training tool, as dogs are den dwelling creatures, which makes them avoid eliminating where they sleep. So when trying to figure out how to potty train a puppy, you should consider crate training. When you introduce the crate early on in your dog's life, as they grow they will tend to prefer their crate. It offers security and familiarity for them. Therefore, it is of the utmost important that you never use the crate as a form of punishment. It needs to remain a safe haven for them.
Make sure to take note of the following tips on how to crate train a puppy at night:
First, when you crate train a puppy at night realize that puppies under the age of 4 months have very little bladder or sphincter control. Puppies under 9 weeks of age should not be crated, since they need to eliminate quite often. When you do introduce your puppy to the crate, place something soft and comfortable at the bottom of the crate and you can also place a few treats inside. Allow your dog to enter of their own free will. Praise them when they go inside. Make sure to keep the door open and allow your dog to wander in and out until they seem comfortable.
Second, when it comes to puppy crate training, you need to realize that the crate isn't intended to be a place you can lock your dog up and leave them for extended periods of time. If they soil the crate, they've been left in there too long and the this can really interfere with the house training process.
Third, at night it can be helpful to place the crate in your bedroom, as it will provide comfort to your puppy and encourage them to form a similar sleep cycle.
Lastly, once your dog is comfortable in their crate you can try closing the door. Wait to see how your dog reacts and as long as they are remaining quiet, you can let them out of the crate. Never let them out if they are whining or barking, this teaches them that when they do this you will always let them out. From then on, try extending the amount of time you leave them in the crate while you are around. Then when your dog is in their crate, try leaving the room for a few minutes and then come back in. Start increasing the amount of time you are out of the room.
These are just a few basic and simple tips that can help you when learning how to crate train a puppy at night.

How can I stop my dog barking at night?
We live on a fairly quiet street but sometimes get people walking down it during the night.
My dog always barks at them even though we aren't directly on the street and have some front garden.
It's really annoying because it wakes the entire family.
Shouting down causes a temporary lull but he always starts up again!
How can we stop him barking at the passers-by?
Get a crate for him at night for him to sleep. Don't use it as punishment, and dogs like cave-like environments. Make sure it's not near the window where he could see the people, though. Please don't shout at him, in a dogs nature, he will think you're a threat. By the way, for the first day or so, he might be whining from thee sudden change. Don't let up.

Floor (gymnastics)
I want to introduct something about Thick Color Pressed Flower Paintings (ZC-017). As one of the classic art forms of Yunnan Province, thick color painting combines the line forms of traditional Chinese paintings with the gorgeous colors used in Western modern art to produce a pleasant effect to both the eye and the mind. Most of the paintings reflect the natural scenery, living conditions and customs of the minorities, and the history and culture of Yunnan. The combination of strong local national features, Eastern and Western painting languages, and ancient and modern painting techniques makes the painting with a strong sense of perspective, which produces a dreamlike flavor and a vaguely sensuous feeling, making the paintings beautiful and highly decorative. Yunnan is located on the border of China, rich in local national styles and special landscapes. Nurtured on the land of Yunnan, the painters have deep feelings for the beauty of its decorative forms. Therefore, based on Chinese thick color folk paintings represented by the Dunhuang murals, they create Yunnan Modern Thick Color P
Brazilian gymnast Jade Barbosa performing on floor at the 2007 Pan American Games.
In gymnastics, the floor refers to a specially prepared exercise surface, which is considered an apparatus. It is used by both male and female gymnasts. The event in gymnastics performed on floor is called floor exercise. The English abbreviation the for the event in gymnastics scoring is FX.
Dimensions
Measures of the apparatus are published by the FIG in the Apparatus Norms brochure.
Length: 12metres (39ft)
Width: 12metres (39ft)
Additional safety border: 1metre (3.3ft)
Most competitive gymnastics floors are spring floors. They contain springs and/or a rubber foam and plywood combination which make the floor bouncy, soften the impact of landings and enable the gymnast to gain height when tumbling. Floors have clearly designated perimeters--the "out of bounds" area is always indicated by a border of white tape or a differently colored mat.
The allowed time for a floor exercise is up to 70 seconds for males and 90 seconds for females. Unlike men, women always perform routines to music. A Floor routine done by a female gymnast must have a variety of leaps, jumps, tumbles and turns. Where as, a male gymnast must have tumbles (front and back).
Scoring and rules
WAG
In women's artistic gymnastics, floor exercise routines last between 70 and 90 seconds. The routine is choreographed in advance, and is composed of acrobatic and dance elements. This event, above all others, allows the gymnast to express her personality through her dance and musical style. It is difficult for an athlete to choose an appropriate type of music to dance and tumble to. There are many different genres to choose from, but to pick out the best for each gymnastic is a matter of matching personality and ability. As well, the moves that are choreographed in the routine must be precise, in sync with the music and entertaining.
At the international elite level of competition, the composition of the routine is decided by the gymnast and her coaches. Many gyms and national federations hire special choreographers to design routines for their gymnasts. Well known gymnastics choreographers include Lisa Luke (USA), Adriana Pop (Romania, France, China), Nancy Roche (USA) and Geza Pozar (Romania, USA). Others opt to choreograph their FX routines in-house. Some gymnasts adopt a new FX every year; others keep the same routine for several competitive seasons. It is not uncommon for coaches to modify a routine's composition between meets, especially if it is used for an extended length of time. It is uncommon for gymnasts to use more than one different FX routine in the same season but it is not entirely unheard of: at the 1996 Olympics, for instance, Russian Dina Kotchetkova's routine in the FX event finals had completely different music, choreography and composition than that of her all-around exercise.
The music used for the routine is also the choice of the gymnast and her coaches. It may be of any known musical style and played with any instrument(s), however, it may not include spoken words, sung lyrics or vocalization of any kind. It is the gymnast and coach's responsibility to bring the FX music to every competition on CD or cassette.
Most routines include three, four, or five major tumbling passes and several major dance skills, turns and leaps. Under the Code of Points the gymnast must demonstrate skills from five required element groups, including a salto with at least 360 degrees of twist, a double salto, and front and back tumbling.
Scores are based on difficulty, artistry, demonstration of required elements and overall performance quality. Deductions are taken for poor form and execution, lack of required elements, falls and other infractions. Unlike MAG, female gymnasts are permitted to end tumbling runs in a lunge position, with one foot in front of the other. The gymnast is expected to use the entire floor area for her routine, and to tumble from one corner of the mat to the other. However, steps outside the designated perimeters of the floor incur penalties. The gymnast may also get a large deduction if there are lyrics in the music, therefore, if wanting a lyrical song, the coach must take out the present lyrics.
Gymnasts are permitted to chalk their hands and/or feet and to wear wrist guards on FX. In some lower levels of competition, judges may permit "sting mats"--mats that lessen impact--to be used for tumbling runs. However, these are never allowed in international contests such as the Olympics or World Championships, and, most of the time, are not seen in national elite competitions either.
MAG
As with other gymnastic events, scores are based on difficulty, form, and overall...(and so on) To get More information , you can visit some products about mango wood vase, christmas nail art, . The Thick Color Pressed Flower Paintings (ZC-017) products should be show more here!

Nash Young

A Beautiful Mind is a truly beautiful movie, and it should not be missed by anyone of proper age to appreciate its beauty. It is about a schizophrenic mathematician named "John Nash", who spends all of his days trying to find a revolutionary discovery/formula that will change life. The irony, is that life doesn't work out if we try to solve it like an equation. It is only when we let go and let life happen to us, that we will find our true happiness. The Beautiful Mind is an exaggerated tale of this law, and how terrible life can get if you try to solve its nonexistent formula.
John Nash is an awkward man, not good in social situations, but an amazingly talented mathematician. He is so good, in fact, that he spends most of his time trying to find a revolutionary discovery in mathematics. I like to think of it as a "Life formula", or a discovery that will never happen. The twist of the movie, which happens about halfway through, is that Nash is suffering from a severe form of schizophrenia, and half of the situations/places that exist in his life, are only part of his "beautiful" mind.
One imaginary character that he creates is his roommate, Charles. Nash gets along very well with Charles, which makes the audience suspicious from the start, seeing that John Nash doesn't really get along well with anyone else. The other character that Nash creates is named Parcher, who is working to solve a conspiracy case of an atomic bomb threat towards the U.S. When the conspiracy situation goes wrong in Nash's head, that is when he is in need of mental help. He is taken into a psychiatric hospital, and receives intense treatment. Upon returning home, the visions are suppressed, but so is every aspect of John Nash's beautiful mind. He no longer can think right, feel right, or act right. He stops taking the medication, and loses another battle with his schizophrenia. Instead of going back to the hospital, he tries to battle the hallucinations on his own. This is the turning point of the movie, where Nash learns how to really live his life.
Nash learns that life is more than making a discovery, or solving an equation. There is love and emotion involved; A wife, taking care of your baby, and the everyday joys of life. Instead of focusing his time on himself, John decides to go back to teaching classes, and shares his amazing knowledge with his students. All this, while ignoring the characters that took over his mind. This is where an amazing inspirational quote is mentioned by John Nash, which I will mention here:
"Are the hallucinations...gone?"
"No, but I've gotten used to ignoring them, and as a result, they've kind of given up on me. I think that's sorta what it's like with dreams and nightmares. We've gotta keep feeding them for them to stay alive"
That is one of the most true and inspirational quotes I have ever heard. Dreams will gradually disappear, if we do not focus on them, and take constant action towards them. Nightmares will continue, as long as we feed them our attention. John Nash wins a Nobel Peace Prize at the end of the movie, for his contributions to society. A Beautiful Mind is a movie about the importance of enjoying every day of life, and not getting caught up in ridiculous theories or fantasies for a future that may never be. If we don't focus on the present moment, it may be the biggest regret in our life. Embrace life each day, don't embrace a fantasy world.

What is this crosby stills nash young song?
It has no singing just guitar, and trumpets toward the end Simon and Garfunkel covered it in concert once it gets played a lot on the radio
The only CSN&Y song that I can think of that doesn't have any words, and that is played on the radio a lot is "Find the Cost of Freedom". It was released as a bonus song on their greatest hits album "So Far". It's a bit of a stretch, as "Find the Cost of Freedom" does have some words at the end:
Find the cost of Freedom, buried in the ground,
Mother Earth will swallow you, lay your body down.
Art Garfunkel played on Crosby, Stills & Nash's "Daylight Again" album, which had a continuation of Find the Cost of Freedom", called "Daylight Again". This song has a lot more words, and wasn't as popular as "Find the Cost of Freedom", so I feel pretty confident that this isn't it.
I may be wrong, but that's what I can come up with that would fit the description of a CSN&Y song that is played often on the radio, and that has a connection to Simon & Garfunkel.
Hope this helps.
