HISTORY
When Pastor Steven and Betsy Gonzalez came to the Lord in 1978 they put aside their strong dance and gymnastics background to serve God. But it was God’s plan to restore those gifts and talents to create a whole new ministry in 1997 called Way of Life Worship and Arts Ministries International. For twenty-seven years, Pastor Steven and his family have been involved in many ministry areas in the church including worship leading, children and youth pastoring, associate pastoring, Christian education directing, Clowning evangelism, mission work, school of the arts directing, teaching, and more. Betsy is fourth generation ballet dancer and the Company ballet instructor. Her parents danced and met at the Metropolitan Opera House Company in New York City. Pastor Steven is also trained in ballet and modern dance. They both have a background in gymnastics training, coaching, and judging under the United States Gymnastics Federation (USGF).

Under the direction of Pastor Steven and Betsy, and now following in their leadership footsteps their son Esteban Gonzalez and his wife Michelle, the innovative and pioneering style of AcroDramance™ has been developed and implemented to give the AcroDramance Theater Company a category of its own in the field of movement arts. This style has opened the doors for The Company to minister and teach in Worship and Arts Conferences, Christian and secular music concerts, and to do evangelistic work across the United States and in several international countries including Israel, Puerto Rico, Barbados, Colombia, and Ecuador (many of them more than once).

God has assembled the AcroDramance Theater Company by adding young people from all over the world to create a beautiful blend of talents, gifts and anointing. Because of their call to excellence and a vision for the nations, the team is committed to intense, disciplined training in which they grow both physically and spiritually every day. Each individual Company member has a strong desire to impact lives for Christ and works diligently to develop their relationship with the Lord and with others.

MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the AcroDramance Theater Company is to prepare the way of the Lord by presenting the Gospel in a powerful and impacting way through AcroDramance™. They target the spiritually hungry inside and outside the church, allowing the message and presence of God to penetrate the soul and spirit. Utilizing the arts in this contemporary way, we reach across generational, cultural, and denominational boundaries for a great harvest of souls, Jew and Gentile.
