Booking Policies

Presentations:
• A contract must be signed in order to secure date.
• A percentage of the honorarium will be required upon signing of the contract.
• The honorarium balance must be paid before company departure at the end of the venue.

Spatial Requirements
• A full presentation requires a flat, unobstructed dance space that is ideally 30’ deep and 40’ wide.
• The minimum space required is 20’ deep by 30’ wide, unless otherwise indicated in rare cases.
• The minimum ceiling height required is 15 feet.
• In some cases, we travel with our Marley Dance Floor which can be rolled over wood or other flooring (wood is preferred).

Travel Expenses:
• When traveling with our own vehicles, gas reimbursement is expected in full before departure at the end of the venue.
• If van rental is required for travel, full reimbursement for the price of the rentals and for gas is expected in full before departure at the end of the venue.
• If air travel is required, tickets must be reserved and purchased by the host party. In some circumstances, overweight equipment charges also apply.

Lodging Expenses:
• Meals must be provided for the Company members during the ministry trip.
• We travel with 12-18 people. Usually with 2-4 married couples, the rest divided evenly between males and females.
• We can stay in host homes or in a hotel. The number of rooms needed varies from 4 - 6 rooms, depending on the number of people traveling on that particular ministry trip.
