Is this an ok weight gain at 23 1/2 weeks?

With my first pregnancy I gained a total of 41 lbs. I started off at 154. Well after I had my son I had difficulties getting the weight off. I managed to get back down to 160 where I started my 2nd pregnancy off at. This morning I weight myself and I'm up 15 lbs! I was SHOCKED! I wasn't gaining anything for the longest time. At 20 weeks I was only up 8 lbs. Is this normal? I really wanted to keep my weight gain at 30 or below but now I'm afraid I'll go up again. I don't want to get over 200. Ugh! I feel awful about myself now. I'm not overeating and I'm walking at least 2-3 days week plus chasing a toddler around so I'm def. active. Help! Is this ok?
